DOG BARKING / NOISE ORDINANCE
Dear Tanglewood Residents,
Most of us can appreciate the value that a pet cat or dog can bring to a home. In most cases, they become a member of the family. Like the rest of us, they have rules to follow when living in the Tanglewood Community.
Please keep the following in mind:
Excessive, continuous or untimely noisemaking by any dog or other domestic pet, including but not limited to barking, howling, screeching, yelping or baying which disturbs the quiet of any person or the community, or molesting passersby, chasing motor vehicles or bicycles, habitual attacking of other domestic animals or trespassing on public or private property shall all be deemed public nuisances and a violation of the provisions of this article.

Pine Township Violations and Penalties:
Any person who is in violation of any of the provisions of this article, upon conviction thereof before a District Justice, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $300, together with the costs of prosecution. Each violation shall be considered a separate offense and shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
